For a track written and recorded by a group (two or more people) from a Youth Music-funded project.

For outstanding technical skills in music production, engineering, mixing and/or mastering.

Rising Star Award (Artist) sponsored by LCCM

For a rising musical group or solo artist from a Youth Music-funded project that is making waves in the music industry. The nominee is actively engaging within the music industries, i.e. touring, or releasing new music, or featuring in radio and press, etc.

Rising Star Award (Industry) sponsored by Songkick

For a young person from a Youth Music funded project who is making waves in a behind-the-scenes role within the music industry. This can include artist managers, event coordinators, sound technicians, promoters, agents, etc.

For a young person who has demonstrated great leadership skills as a project participant. If you work on the project, please apply for the Inspirational Music Leader.

Inspirational Music Leader Award sponsored by the MU

For a music leader who inspires young people in music through their actions, creativity, determination, positivity, energy, selflessness or ability to overcome challenges.
