Ezra Collective Foundation are offering a real-life career entry and development opportunity for 5 young black women - a demographic completely underrepresented in the field of behind the scenes music roles - a mentoring network across 5 very distinct roles of management, live sound, tour management and band leadership.

The programme will include training days, mentoring support, work experience at production rehearsals and festival shows, a daily rate and per diems, and follow-up support to help plan next steps.

You must be:

• 18+ years old
• A woman
• From the Black community
• Available to commit to 10 days of work between 15th and 25th May.

And interested in one of the following career paths:

• Artist management
• Tour and production management
• Front of house / live sound
• Backline tech
• Band leadership - a level of musical skill and training is expected for this strand only
