Neuroinclusion Series with Neurobox

Youth Music invite you to join 4 sessions taking place in June and July covering neuroinclusion and practical tools (you can attend separately, or go to all four):

1. Managing Overwhelm and Stress Awareness (Tuesday 10th June)
2. Prioritisation and Organisation (Tuesday 17th June)
3. Concentration (Tuesday 24th June)
4. Planning & Time Management (Tuesday 1st July)

Prioritisation and Organisation 

This session will include:

• Understanding prioritisation and organisation
• Why these can be difficult to manage
• Some IT tricks and strategies to help
• A group discussion
