We are Palm Bay Music, an independent Music Publishing company run by writers, for writers. We are looking for music makers aged 18 - 25 to attend songwriting camps offering young writers, producers and artists a fee to create, be mentored, network and receive feedback from established industry professionals.

Fee: £440 (5 days @ £88 per day)
Additional financial support included: Travel and accommodation expenses + £300 bursary

Palm Bay Music will run a series of songwriting camps offering young writers, producers and artists a fee to create, be mentored, network and receive feedback from established industry professionals.

Successful songwriters applicants will:
- Spend 5 days collaborating with emerging songwriters and creative industry professionals.
- Be paid a living wage
- Receive a £300 bursary towards equipment, training or PRS registration.
- Grow your network
- Develop your songwriting, music production, engineering and vocal techniques
- Pitch your music to A&R’s and Music Management
- Respond to writing briefs
- Benefit from all songs written at the camp being signed to a professional Music Publishing company who will actively seek out future opportunities.
Eligibility:
- 18-25 years old
- Currently residing in the UK
- Songwriter, Producer or Artist
- Currently un-published (not in an exclusive agreement as a writer)
- Able to provide a showreel of previous work.
Additional information:
We particularly encourage applications from individuals who are LGBTQIA+, Non-binary, Women, Non-graduates, from less advantaged socio-economic backgrounds, of diverse ethnic heritage.
Applicants must be available for ALL 5 days of the writing camp taking place between 14 - 18 June.
Our writing camps will be run in accordance with social distancing guidelines.
