Please note: Give a Gig Week 2023 has now ended and no more gigs are scheduled. Give a Gig Week will return in 2024.

How do I get involved in Give a Gig Week?

Are you a working musician or promoter? Work in live music events? Put on a gig during Give a Gig Week and donate some or all of the proceeds to us. Once you've got an event ready to go, list it on our website here

Not able to put on a gig yourself but still want to help us equalise access to music for young people? Check out all the upcoming gigs taking place during Give a Gig Week.

When should I schedule my gig for?

You can put on your gig anytime during Give a Gig Week – though if it falls just outside of that, you're still welcome to get involved.

Do you have any assets I can use?

Yes! We've got:

  • Give a Gig promotional assets for social media.
  • A template Adobe Illustrator file you can edit to make your own Give a Gig themed social media assets.

How do I fundraise?

The easiest way to fundraise is to donate the proceeds from your event directly to us via our donate button. Or if you'd like to create a fundraising page we would recommend using JustGiving.

Is there a minimum amount I have to raise?

Not at all, any amount you raise helps to support our work.

I have a different question - how do I get in touch?

We're happy to have a chat, email us at fundraising@youthmusic.org.uk
