Updated:

We're putting together a team to help us run the Youth Music Awards, taking place on Wednesday 19 October 2022 at Troxy, London.

We're currently recruiting for a video editor, two co-hosts and two presenters. Learn more about the roles and how to apply below.

Don't see a role for you? We'll be recruiting for other roles like event runners, photographers, social media execs and more later in the year. Sign up to our fortnightly newsletter (full of the latest music industry career opportunities) to hear about them first.

About the awards

The Youth Music Awards represent the future of music. They celebrate the most forward-thinking projects and people making, learning and earning in music.

The awards are a great opportunity to gain experience working on a large scale music industry event. You'll also get to see some great emerging artists and be in the room with music professionals working across the industry, some of whom help judge the awards.

Youth Music aims to support young people in the early stages of developing creative careers, therefore we would particularly like to encourage applications from 18 to 25 year olds. You don't need to have taken part in a Youth Music funded project to apply.

We are looking for two music-loving hosts to present the Youth Music Awards 2022 on the night, introducing the nominees, performers, announcing the winners and keeping the guests engaged throughout the evening.
