FUTURE CREW The next generation of live event & music production crew Neko Trust and Gallowglass are joining forces to develop the next generation of diverse live event production professionals. The Future Crew programme is for individuals with a “can do attitude” and an interest in building a career in the live events industry. Future Crew will offer a high-level, free training programme in live music event production led by NEKO’s industry professionals, focusing on Tour management, Production Management, Live Sound Engineering, Backline and Live Event Special Effects. Future Crew participants will also gain valuable paid work experience with the award-winning crewing company Gallowglass, supported by a Senior Crew Chief. Every participant will receive a London Living Wage and will achieve industry recognised qualifications. Events include a variety including Reading Festival to London Marathon. *Completion of the programme will lead to guaranteed employment with clear progression opportunities in the live music sector.
