Rising Arts Agency is looking for a group of 10 young people (18-30) to join our paid BE IT programme exploring leadership and social activism in the Arts and Culture Sector.
BE IT is the result of asking young people from our creative community how they would shake the sector up if they had the power. The programme explores what happens when the creative industries are used as the mouthpiece of real social change. In this programme you’ll join the Rising community in unpacking what activism through art really looks like.
You Must Be:
– Age 18-30
– Living in Bristol
– Excited by social change through the Creative Sector
We especially encourage applications from:
– d/Deaf and disabled people
– People from low socio-economic backgrounds (working class)
– LGBTQI+
– Asylum Seekers and Refugees
– People of Colour
